Liquid11 Ltd is committed to protecting your right to privacy as a user of our services. It is our policy to respect the privacy of private communication. The information you provide to us will be held on Liquid11 Ltd computers that are based in the UK and are deemed secure.

We collect information about our users in order to help us continually improve the service we offer and so that we can enter into commercial arrangements, including but not limited to our product development, marketing and consultancy services. What data do we collect?

We will collect your email address for the purpose of sending you access PIN's and for you to retrieve your voice recording via our web sites. We may also send you relevant information on other products and services we think you may be interested in via email, phone or SMS.

We will make a recording of your conference so you have the option to download it for your records if you wish. We will not access or listen or transcribe the recording and it will be deleted from our servers after a period of time.

We do not monitor your use of the Internet nor your reasons for using the conference facility but we may use cookie technology to monitor your use of Liquid11 Ltd web sites, including but not restricted to We may also monitor the points of access (i.e. the CLI's or IP addresses) to our systems by users in order to maintain our system's security.
